Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Accessories team to deliver exceptional service, commercial performance and the full Burberry experience
- Drive department growth through proactive clienteling, local activations and innovative initiatives that build awareness and engagement
- Develop a strong client book and create meaningful relationships that encourage long-term customer loyalty
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager, concession managers, Personal Shopping teams and wider Harrods stakeholders to maximise opportunities and performance
- Coach, develop and empower team members through regular feedback, performance conversations and on-the-floor leadership
- Monitor trading performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into actions that drive sales, productivity and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Previous experience leading or supervising a luxury retail team
- Demonstrated passion for developing people and building high-performing environments
- Strong clienteling mindset with ability to cultivate lasting relationships and grow a loyal customer base
- Commercial awareness and confidence to identify opportunities and take initiative to drive business performance
- Agile and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced department store or luxury retail environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Forward-thinking mindset with ability to draw inspiration from within and outside the luxury industry
