Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales KPIs and conversion targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales advisors through on‑the‑floor training, performance feedback and regular 1:1s.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and staff rostering.
- Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with seasonal directives.
- Manage client relationships and clienteling activities, ensuring accurate CRM records and personalised follow‑up.
- Assist with inventory control, stock transfers and loss‑prevention procedures in partnership with store management.
- Prepare regular sales and attendance reports and escalate operational or personnel issues to the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in premium or luxury retail (typically 1+ year in a team leadership role).
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a client‑facing retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on coaching, staff development and performance management.
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail in operational tasks (cash, stock, visual merchandising).
- Professional presentation and an instinct for luxury client service.

Minimum 2–4 years of retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory or team leader capacity within premium or luxury retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or fashion preferred.
