Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to develop effective sourcing and assessment strategies.
- Manage the complete candidate lifecycle, including attraction, sourcing, and matching candidates to positions.
- Advertise roles through appropriate channels such as LinkedIn and job boards.
- Conduct telephone and video interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct competency and strength-based interviews and assessment centers.
- Organize interviews and manage the offer process.
- Support strategies to enhance diverse talent across the business.
- Develop and maintain a candidate network through effective sourcing and relationship management.
- Create talent maps through proactive market research and leveraging candidate networks.
- Collaborate with HRBP and HR team on candidate remuneration, mobility, and visa queries.
- Contribute to wider talent acquisition strategies with innovative recruitment ideas.
- Elevate Burberry’s employer brand by crafting strategies that highlight the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
Qualifications
- Over 4 years of retail recruitment experience within an established recruitment function.
- Clear understanding of recruitment processes and standards.
- Expert sourcing skills with experience managing multiple searches.
- Experience engaging with passive candidates using varied sourcing methods.
- Proven ability to strategically map companies and functions.
- Experience developing and hiring from talent pools.
- Experience using innovative approaches to source and attract talent.
- Experience with recruiting systems, including applicant tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of external best practices and trends in talent acquisition.

Over 4 years of experience in retail recruitment within an internal or external recruitment function.
