Role & Responsibilities
- Measure, fit, and mark garments for alterations with precision.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging professionally and amicably with clients.
- Organize and inspect customer orders, alteration documentation, and workroom returns meticulously.
- Facilitate effective communication between the department, main factories, and local adjustment workrooms.
- Inform customers when garments are ready for collection.
- Sell garments and accessories competently.
- Develop a local network of resources, such as knitwear and leather specialists, to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of tailoring experience, preferably within fashion brands or clothing factories.
- Experience in a retail environment.

Compensation
Expected base salary ranges from $31.00 to $36.00 per hour, with potential for commission earnings, bonuses, and other incentives.
