Role & Responsibilities
- Support product pulls for Tier 1 projects and assist Styling Editors and Stylists in building complete looks for shoots.
- Prepare, set up and provide on-set support for Tier 2 and social shoots, ensuring shoots run to schedule and brand direction is maintained.
- Manage stock control and sample organisation: track, prepare, check in/out and ensure correct return of all items.
- Handle on-set product organisation and dressing of looks, maintaining an efficient and tidy workspace during shoots.
- Source and collect samples from Showroom, Product Development and Photo Studio teams and record all shot products for distribution to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with Production, Events and VIP teams when required and assist the e‑commerce photo studio as needed.
- Support styling research by gathering inspiration references and maintaining styling kits, storage and documentation.
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the Brand Styling team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience within the fashion industry, with proven experience assisting styling for womenswear and/or menswear in RTW, editorial or commercial contexts.
- Demonstrable understanding of the luxury fashion sector and brand positioning.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to work varied hours to meet production schedules.
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of hands-on experience in the fashion industry assisting stylists on editorial, commercial or e‑commerce shoots, with exposure to womenswear and/or menswear and sample management.
Education
A-levels or equivalent; a diploma or degree in fashion, styling, visual merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
