Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing store team while establishing and maintaining an excellent standard for the location
- Establish a constant focus on brand engagement, knowledge, and passion across all store personnel
- Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor, acting as a brand ambassador and embodying Burberry values
- Monitor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Retain and develop talent through recruitment, staff development, mobility, and succession planning initiatives
- Establish a learning culture and maintain strong team connection to the brand
- Maintain superior product knowledge and drive the same standard across the entire store team
- Monitor product sales performance and optimize inventory sales strategy
