Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient and compliant store processes
- Deliver exceptional support and service to store teams, enabling a seamless customer experience on the shop floor
- Maintain high standards of organisation, stock accuracy and operational excellence across all areas of the store
- Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external service providers to ensure effective communication and execution
- Monitor operational activities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and service levels

Qualifications
