Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control including receiving, handling, and verifying stock orders from hub or warehouse, reporting discrepancies immediately
- Support the sales team with timely stock retrieval for in-store, omnichannel, and stock pullback requests
- Maintain back-of-house organisation and cleanliness in compliance with Burberry retail operations standards
- Conduct quality control on all products and report issues to store management
- Facilitate aftersales processes including alterations, repairs, and personalisation to enhance client experience
- Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and report maintenance concerns through appropriate channels
- Perform administrative tasks including phone support, customer service liaison, ordering supplies and merchandise
- Assist with store events, visual merchandising, inventory counts, and ad-hoc management directives

Experience
