Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end inventory control: receive deliveries from hub or warehouse, verify quantities and product accuracy, and report discrepancies.
  • Support omnichannel fulfilment and timely stock retrievals, including click‑and‑collect and stock pullbacks for sales advisors.
  • Maintain a tidy, compliant back‑of‑house environment in accordance with Retail Operations standards.
  • Perform ongoing quality control of merchandise and escalate product or packaging issues to the store lead.
  • Support aftersales services (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to enhance the client experience.
  • Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and report faults through Ask services promptly.
  • Execute adhoc administrative duties: answer telephone enquiries, liaise with customer service, manage stationery and supermarket orders.
  • Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stocktaking and other operational requests.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience with SAP desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment and respond to shifting priorities.

Experience
