Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders, ensuring accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including for Omnichannel and stock pullback.
  • Maintain a tidy back of house in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards.
  • Conduct quality control on all products and report issues to store lead.
  • Support aftersales processes such as alterations, repairs, and personalization to enhance client experience.
  • Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and report issues through Ask services.
  • Perform administrative tasks including answering calls, liaising with customer service, and managing orders.
  • Assist with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other tasks as requested by store management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft software.
  • Experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
