Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receipt of stock orders from hubs and warehouses, verify accuracy of deliveries, and report discrepancies
- Support the sales team with timely stock retrieval, including omnichannel orders and stock pullback operations
- Maintain back-of-house organization and cleanliness in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards
- Conduct quality control inspections on all products and escalate any issues to store leadership
- Support after-sales processes including alterations, repairs, and personalization services to enhance client experience
- Ensure all stockroom equipment remains operational and functional; escalate maintenance concerns immediately through appropriate channels
- Perform administrative tasks including telephone support, customer service liaison, supply ordering, and general clerical work
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock takes, and other operational duties as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Intermediate proficiency with core Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
- Experience with SAP systems (desirable)
Skills
Experience
Retail or back-of-house operations experience is preferred. Prior experience in luxury retail, inventory management, or store administration is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further formal qualification in retail management, business administration, or logistics is beneficial but not required.
