Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end inventory control: receive, inspect and record incoming stock from hubs or warehouses, verify accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Support omnichannel fulfilment and sales teams by promptly locating and preparing stock for client orders and in‑store requests, including stock pullbacks.
- Maintain an orderly, compliant and secure back‑of‑house environment in line with Retail Operations standards.
- Perform quality control on all products and escalate any product issues to store leadership.
- Assist the aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to uphold elevated client service standards.
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and report service needs through the Ask services channel.
- Complete ad hoc administrative duties including telephone and email handling, liaison with customer service, stationery and supplier orders, and general clerical tasks.
- Support store management with events, visual merchandising installation, cycle counts and periodic stock takes as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a busy team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail stockroom, warehouse or store operations role is preferred; familiarity with omnichannel retail processes and SAP is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent). A vocational qualification in retail, logistics or a related discipline is advantageous.
