Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control: receive, inspect and record stock delivered from hubs or warehouses, and report discrepancies promptly.
- Support the sales floor with timely retrieval of merchandise for clients, including omnichannel fulfilment and stock pullbacks.
- Maintain a tidy, compliant and safety‑conscious back‑of‑house environment in accordance with Retail Operations standards.
- Perform quality control on all products and escalate any issues to the store lead.
- Coordinate aftersales activity (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and raise service requests via Ask services as required.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative duties including answering telephones, liaising with customer service, placing stationery and supplier orders, and general paperwork.
- Support store management with events, visual merchandising, stocktaking and other operational requests.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft software (Microsoft Office).
- Previous retail or stockroom experience; experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to perform effectively as part of a busy, collaborative team.

Previous experience in retail operations, stockroom or logistics within fashion or luxury retail is preferred; familiarity with SAP and omnichannel retail processes is desirable.
