Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with all store procedures and safeguarding protocols to ensure compliance with company administration systems and minimize losses, including omnichannel and stock pull-back
- Optimize back-of-house space and stock utilization to maximize productivity and minimize stock loss through effective team and resource management
- Lead and develop the stockroom team through talent acquisition, coaching, and mentoring to drive store standards, productivity, and client experience
- Manage aftersales processes including alterations, repairs, and personalization, coordinating with on-site tailors and external vendors to enhance the client experience
- Replenish front-of-house merchandise and non-stock items (packaging, props, refreshments) to support client-facing operations and brand presentation
- Collaborate with Retail Standards and Operations teams regarding store deliveries, dispatches, uniforms, facilities, maintenance, procedures, and health and safety compliance
- Support Asset and Profit Protection initiatives to effectively reduce shrinkage and monitor inventory control metrics
- Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, visual merchandising, and facilities departments on all stock-related matters and collaborative projects
- Maintain the highest standards of cleaning, maintenance, and health and safety, ensuring compliance with all locally required legislation
- Supervise the cash office administrator to ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to all payment procedures
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of management experience in retail or operations
- Proven administration and cash handling experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs
- Proficiency with SAP or similar retail management systems (desirable)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Passion for technology and demonstrated ability to adopt new systems
- Brand affinity and understanding of luxury retail operations
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of management experience in a retail or operations environment, with demonstrated expertise in administration, stock management, and cash handling. Prior experience in a luxury retail setting is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management certification or relevant professional qualification is desirable.
