Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish brand focus across the store team, driving engagement and passion for Burberry
  • Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor as a brand ambassador, role-modelling company behaviours
  • Monitor, coach and provide feedback to store team members to ensure excellent customer experience delivery
  • Maintain luxury environment standards and execute Visual Merchandising guidelines throughout the store
  • Drive digital asset utilisation to enhance customer experience
  • Lead, inspire and manage a high-performing, positive store team
  • Develop talent through recruitment, staff development, succession planning and mobility initiatives
  • Establish a learning culture and maintain strong team connection to the brand

  • Monitor product sales performance and optimise inventory sales

  • Digital awareness and comfortable navigation of social media and e-commerce platforms
  • Awareness of local employment and retail legislation
  • Flexibility to work as required to meet store operational needs
