Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain constant focus on brand engagement, knowledge, and passion across the store team
- Lead the store team with visible presence on the sales floor, embodying Burberry brand values and serving as a brand ambassador
- Monitor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to ensure delivery of exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain luxury store environment through rigorous execution of visual merchandising guidelines and store presentation standards
- Leverage digital assets and e-commerce tools to enhance and personalize the customer experience
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent through effective succession planning and staff development initiatives
- Establish a strong learning culture that connects the store team to brand heritage and values
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and cultivate the same expertise across the entire team
- Monitor product sales performance and optimize inventory allocation to maximize revenue
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, establishing customer-focused behaviors throughout the team
- Maintain commercial mindset and identify opportunities to drive store performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with all corporate standards, policies, health and safety protocols, and local employment legislation

- Proficiency in local language plus English
- Proven experience in retail management at a luxury brand or luxury service and selling environment

- Digital awareness and comfortable navigation of social media and e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of local employment and retail legislation
- Flexibility to work as required to meet store operational needs
