Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 3–4 Client Advisors to deliver outstanding client experiences
- Drive team performance against sales and service objectives, using insight to inform daily priorities
- Act as a role model on the shop floor, embodying Burberry values and elevated service standards
- Build strong client relationships and support the team in cultivating a loyal client base
- Partner with store leadership to execute visual, operational and commercial strategies
