Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day boutique operations, ensuring exceptional client service, operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop, coach and manage the store team to achieve sales targets, high conversion rates and exemplary clienteling practices.
- Own commercial performance including forecasting, stock replenishment, visual merchandising execution and local marketing initiatives.
- Manage P&L drivers at store level: sales, payroll and operating expenses, and implement action plans to maximise profitability.
- Safeguard inventory integrity and implement loss‑prevention, stock control and record‑keeping processes.
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through personalised service, CRM usage and aftercare programmes.
- Represent the brand in the local market, liaise with regional management and contribute to recruitment and talent development.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or premium retail, with responsibility for a multi‑person team.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store profitability.
- Strong leadership and people development skills with experience recruiting, coaching and retaining talent.
- Excellent commercial acumen and familiarity with inventory management, merchandising and visual standards.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and client relationship management.

Typically 5+ years in retail with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position; prior experience within a luxury or premium brand is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, retail management or a related discipline.
