Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a constant focus on Brand, driving engagement, knowledge, and passion for the Brand across the store team
  • Lead the store team through brand ambassador presence on the shop floor, modeling Burberry behaviors and luxury service standards
  • Monitor, coach, and provide feedback to store staff to consistently deliver excellent customer experience
