Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain a constant focus on brand engagement, knowledge, and passion across the store team, serving as a brand ambassador and role model for Burberry behaviours
- Maintain a visible floor presence, leading by example and monitoring team performance through coaching and constructive feedback to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Preserve a luxury environment through meticulous visual merchandising execution and maintenance of brand guidelines across the store
- Leverage digital assets to enhance the customer experience and drive omnichannel engagement
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing store team members through effective talent management, succession planning, and continuous capability building
- Cultivate a learning culture and establish strong team connections to the brand through structured development and mentorship
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and maintain optimal inventory performance by analysing sales data and identifying conversion opportunities
- Build and cultivate lasting customer relationships, embedding customer-centric behaviours across the team and leading by example

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury brand retail or luxury service and selling environments
- Proven retail management experience appropriate to store size and complexity, assessed by sales turnover, volume, and breadth of team supervision

- Fluency in local language plus English
