- Lead and develop a high-performing store team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence

- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic priorities and day-to-day operational execution
- Confident operating within fast-paced luxury retail environments, ideally within a leading department store such as Harrods or comparable business
- Authentic and influential leadership style with strong presence, excellent communication skills and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
