Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible, on‑floor leadership and act as a brand ambassador to model Burberry behaviours and the luxury client experience.
- Own the employee experience: recruit, develop, coach and retain a high‑performing store team through effective succession planning and ongoing learning.

Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English (local language plus English).
- Demonstrable experience within a luxury brand or high‑end service/selling environment.
- Proven retail management experience with responsibility for sales turnover, conversion and direct staff management.
