Role & Responsibilities
- Establish brand focus and drive engagement, knowledge, and passion for Burberry across the store team
- Lead and inspire a high-performing store team through recruitment, development, mobility, and succession planning
- Deliver excellent customer experience through coaching and feedback, while building and cultivating long-term customer relationships
- Maintain a luxury environment by executing and maintaining Visual Merchandising guidelines and leveraging digital assets to enhance the customer experience
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and drive the same standard across the team
- Monitor product sales performance and optimize inventory sales through commercial acumen
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all corporate standards, policies, and initiatives
- Establish and maintain a learning culture with strong brand connection across the store team
- Conduct emergency evacuation planning and practice drills annually, with documentation on Rivo
Qualifications

- Retail Management experience appropriate to the role's size and complexity, assessed by sales turnover, volume, and number of roles previously managed
- Experience in a luxury brand or luxury service and selling environment
- Fluency in local language plus English
- Passion for fashion and a strong luxury ethos
- Digital awareness and comfort navigating social media and e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of local employment and retail legislation
- Flexibility to work as required to meet store needs
