Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing, diverse team through inclusive leadership, succession planning and ongoing coaching.
  • Drive commercial performance and productivity by translating sales data, stock awareness and local market insight into focused action plans.
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with corporate standards, policies and health & safety requirements, maintaining premium store presentation.
  • Oversee inventory management, loss prevention and visual merchandising to protect margin and uphold the brand environment.
  • Manage store-level financial KPIs, including sales, conversion, average transaction value and payroll, to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading a retail store or multi-team retail environment with demonstrated commercial results.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing and retaining talent through coaching and clear expectations.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and relationship-building capability, ideally within luxury or premium retail.
  • Commercially curious and data-aware, able to interpret sales and stock metrics and convert insight into execution.
  • High standards of operational discipline and attention to service, presentation and compliance.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, business, hospitality or a related field preferred.
