Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Champion a personalized luxury client experience, building lasting relationships.
- Manage the store's P&L, driving sales and profitability to exceed targets.
- Ensure brand and visual excellence in store presentation and merchandising.
- Maintain operational efficiency and compliance with brand policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain market leadership.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in senior retail management, ideally within luxury fashion.
- Proven track record of leading large teams with strong commercial results.
- Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and clienteling.
- Financial acumen with experience managing a store P&L.
