Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receipt and verification of stock from distribution hubs and warehouses, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner for both in-store transactions and omnichannel orders
- Maintain the stockroom in compliance with Burberry Retail Operations and Standards, ensuring an organized and efficient back-of-house environment
- Conduct quality control inspections on all products and report any issues or damage to store management
- Facilitate after-sales services including alterations, repairs, and personalization to enhance client experience
- Monitor stockroom equipment functionality and operational status, escalating maintenance concerns through appropriate channels
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties including telephone reception, customer service liaison, inventory requisitioning, and general clerical tasks
- Assist store management with event setup, visual merchandising installation, stock takes, and other operational priorities as required
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems (desirable)
