Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and processing stock orders from hub or warehouse facilities, verifying product accuracy, and reporting discrepancies
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner, including omnichannel fulfillment and stock pullback operations
- Maintain back-of-house standards in compliance with Retail Operations protocols, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
- Perform quality control inspections on all products and escalate any issues to store leadership
- Coordinate with after-sales operations (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to enhance the client experience
- Ensure all stockroom equipment remains operational and report any maintenance concerns through appropriate channels
- Execute ad-hoc administrative tasks including telephone reception, customer service liaison, supply ordering, and general administrative support
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock audits, and other operational initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft Office software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Proven experience managing inventory or stockroom operations in a retail setting
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail stockroom, warehouse operations, or inventory management is preferred. SAP system experience is desirable but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail operations or supply chain certification is advantageous.
