Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and processing stock orders from hub or warehouse, verifying product accuracy, and reporting discrepancies
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner, including omnichannel requests and stock pullback operations
- Maintain back-of-house areas in accordance with Retail Operations Standards and compliance requirements
- Conduct quality control checks on all products and report any issues to store management
- Support after-sales processes including alterations, repairs, and personalization to enhance client experience
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and functioning properly, raising concerns through appropriate channels immediately
- Manage ad-hoc administrative tasks including telephone reception, customer service liaison, inventory ordering, and general clerical duties
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock takes, and other operational duties as needed
Qualifications
