Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving, handling and verifying stock orders from hub or warehouse facilities, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies
- Support sales team with timely stock retrieval, including omnichannel orders and merchandise pull-back
- Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness in accordance with Retail Operations and Standards protocols
- Conduct quality control inspections on all products and report any issues to store leadership
- Coordinate after-sales processes including alterations, repairs, and personalization services to enhance client experience
- Monitor stockroom equipment functionality and raise maintenance concerns through appropriate service channels
- Execute ad-hoc administrative duties including telephone support, customer service liaison, ordering supplies, and general administrative tasks
- Support store management with ad-hoc requests for events, visual merchandising, stock takes, and related duties
