Burberry Stockroom Operations Associate position in Beverly Hills, California — manage inventory, support sales team, and maintain back-of-house operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from hub or warehouse, ensuring accuracy of products received and reporting any discrepancies
- Support the sales team with timely stock retrieval including omnichannel fulfillment and stock pullback activities
- Maintain back-of-house organization in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards
- Conduct quality control inspections on all products and report any issues to store leadership
- Support after-sales processes including alterations, repairs, and personalization to enhance the client experience
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance concerns immediately
- Execute ad hoc administrative tasks including telephone management, customer service liaison, and general office support
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock-taking, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
- SAP experience desirable but not required
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail operations, stockroom management, or warehouse operations preferred. Familiarity with luxury retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further retail, inventory management, or business studies a plus.
