Burberry is hiring a Stockroom Manager at its Roermond outlet to lead a team of approximately 2 to 4 colleagues and oversee efficient stockroom operations. The role partners with store leadership and sales teams to ensure accurate inventory, product availability and responsive stock service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop a stockroom team of approximately 2 to 4 colleagues, fostering a collaborative and well-organised working environment.
- Oversee daily stockroom operations, ensuring products are received, processed, stored and transferred accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and organisation to support effective replenishment and product availability across the store.
- Work closely with store leadership and the sales team to anticipate priorities and provide a responsive stock service during busy trading periods.
- Coordinate deliveries, transfers, stock movements and inventory processes in line with Burberry's operational standards.
- Promote safe, secure and efficient working practices, continually identifying opportunities to improve stockroom processes and support the wider store team.
Qualifications
- Experience in stockroom, inventory or retail operations, ideally in a busy, high-volume retail environment.
- Previous experience leading, supervising or developing colleagues, with the ability to provide clarity and direction to a small team.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple operational priorities.
- Collaborative approach and confidence building effective relationships across stock, sales and store leadership teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt priorities to the needs of the store and customer.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with a commitment to high operational standards and contributing positively to the wider Burberry team.
