Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving, handling, and verifying accuracy of stock orders from hub or warehouse facilities
- Support the sales team by retrieving and preparing stock in a timely manner, including omnichannel orders and stock pullback requests
- Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards
- Conduct quality control inspections on all products and report any issues to store management
- Support aftersales processes including alterations, repairs, and personalization services to enhance the client experience
- Monitor stockroom equipment functionality and raise maintenance concerns through appropriate channels immediately
- Perform administrative tasks including telephone reception, customer service liaison, inventory management system coordination, and general operational support
- Assist store management with ad-hoc initiatives including events, visual merchandising, stock-taking, and other operational duties as required
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft Office software
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems (desirable)
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment

Experience
Prior experience in retail stockroom operations, inventory management, or warehouse environments is beneficial. Familiarity with omnichannel retail operations and SAP systems is desirable.
