Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from hub or warehouse, ensuring accuracy of products received, and reporting any discrepancies
- Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner, including omnichannel requests and stock pullback
- Maintain the back-of-house in a tidy, organized manner compliant with Retail Operations and Standards
- Conduct quality control on all products and report any issues to store management
- Support the after-sales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalisation to elevate the client experience
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and functional, raising concerns through appropriate channels immediately
- Perform administrative tasks including answering telephone calls, liaising with customer service, placing orders for stationery and supplies, and general administrative support
- Assist store management with ad hoc requests including events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other operational duties
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft software
- Prior experience with SAP is desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to perform effectively in a busy, fast-paced retail setting

Experience
Previous experience in retail operations, stockroom management, or a similar back-of-house role is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail or supply chain education is advantageous.
