Burberry is hiring a Stockroom Assistant in Roermond, Netherlands to manage back-of-house operations, inventory control, and retail support at McArthur Glen outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of inventory control, including receipt and handling of stock orders from hub or warehouse, verifying product accuracy and reporting discrepancies
- Support the sales team with timely stock retrieval for floor sales, omnichannel fulfillment, and stock pullback operations
- Maintain stockroom organisation and cleanliness in compliance with Burberry Retail Operations Standards
- Conduct quality control inspections on all products and escalate any issues to store management
- Support the aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalisation services to enhance client satisfaction
- Ensure all stockroom equipment remains operational and functional, reporting concerns through internal service channels
- Execute ad-hoc administrative tasks including telephone reception, customer service liaison, supply ordering, and general office support
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock audits, and other operational requirements as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office software

- SAP experience preferred
