Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and unpack incoming deliveries; verify quantities against delivery paperwork and electronic records.
- Label, sort and store merchandise in the stockroom according to established zone and garment‑handling protocols for luxury goods.
- Replenish the sales floor promptly and accurately, prepare items for display and assist sales teams with on‑floor requests.
- Operate RF handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to record movements, process transfers and support daily inventory accuracy.
- Assist with regular stocktakes, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations; prepare paperwork for returns, repairs and transfers.
- Maintain a clean, organised and secure stockroom; enforce loss‑prevention and health & safety procedures.
- Provide ad hoc support for visual merchandising installations, receiving events and high‑volume seasonal operations.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous retail stockroom, warehouse or logistics experience preferred, ideally within premium or luxury retail.
- Physically able to lift and carry stock, stand for extended periods and work on ladders where required.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy when counting and recording stock.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak seasonal hours; punctuality and reliability.

Entry‑level position; typically 6–18 months of retail stockroom, warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Prior exposure to luxury products or premium retail environments is advantageous.
Education
No formal degree required; GCSEs or equivalent preferred. Basic numeracy and literacy sufficient.
