Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and document incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and quality against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Unpack, label and store merchandise according to the store's organisation systems and conservation standards.
- Manage stock replenishment on the shop floor in coordination with shopfloor managers and visual merchandising teams.
- Maintain stockroom tidiness, storage protocols and accurate stockroom records to preserve product condition and presentation.
- Support regular stock counts and cycle counts; report discrepancies and assist with investigations of variances.
- Prepare outgoing transfers, samples and client reservations, ensuring correct documentation and secure handling.
