Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving stock orders from warehouse or hub, verifying product accuracy, and reporting discrepancies
- Support the sales team with timely stock retrieval for standard and omnichannel orders, including stock pullback
- Maintain stockroom organization in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards guidelines
- Conduct quality control inspections on all products and escalate any issues to store leadership
- Support after-sales services such as alterations, repairs, and personalization to enhance client experience
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and functional; report maintenance concerns through appropriate channels
- Handle administrative tasks including phone reception, customer service liaison, supply ordering, and general clerical duties
- Assist store management with special projects including event support, visual merchandising, stock takes, and other operational duties as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Intermediate proficiency with core Microsoft software
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
Skills
Experience
Prior retail operations, inventory management, or warehouse experience is advantageous. Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail, supply chain, or business education is an asset but not required.
