Leading luxury fashion house in Paris is hiring a Sourcing Coordinator to manage supplier relations, costing and PO processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned product categories, from RFQs and sample follow-up through to purchase order issuance and delivery tracking.
- Manage supplier relationships: assessment, onboarding support, performance monitoring and corrective actions to ensure quality, lead-time and compliance targets are met.
- Prepare and analyse cost sheets, quotes and commercial proposals to support negotiation and margin optimisation.
- Liaise daily with design, technical, production and quality teams to ensure samples, trims and prototypes meet specifications and timelines.
- Maintain accurate sourcing records and supplier databases; ensure timely PO creation, amendment and reconciliation with receiving teams.
- Monitor order status and logistics milestones, proactively escalating risks and proposing mitigation plans to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to product specifications, social and environmental standards and supplier documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, business administration, textiles/fashion or related discipline.
- 2–4 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement or supply-chain coordination within apparel, leather goods or related consumer goods — experience in a luxury environment preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in cost analysis and vendor negotiation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and fast-moving timelines.
- High attention to detail and a rigorous approach to documentation and quality control.

Experience
Typically 2–4 years of progressive experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within apparel, leather goods or luxury consumer products. Prior exposure to supplier networks, sample development and PO management is expected.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, textiles/fashion or equivalent; relevant vocational qualifications in procurement or sourcing are a plus.
