Leading luxury fashion house in Paris is hiring a Sourcing Coordinator to manage supplier relations, costing and PO processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned product categories, from RFQs and sample follow-up through to purchase order issuance and delivery tracking.
  • Manage supplier relationships: assessment, onboarding support, performance monitoring and corrective actions to ensure quality, lead-time and compliance targets are met.
  • Prepare and analyse cost sheets, quotes and commercial proposals to support negotiation and margin optimisation.
  • Liaise daily with design, technical, production and quality teams to ensure samples, trims and prototypes meet specifications and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate sourcing records and supplier databases; ensure timely PO creation, amendment and reconciliation with receiving teams.
  • Monitor order status and logistics milestones, proactively escalating risks and proposing mitigation plans to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Support audits and compliance checks related to product specifications, social and environmental standards and supplier documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, business administration, textiles/fashion or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement or supply-chain coordination within apparel, leather goods or related consumer goods — experience in a luxury environment preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in cost analysis and vendor negotiation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and fast-moving timelines.
  • High attention to detail and a rigorous approach to documentation and quality control.
