Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate seasonal vendor communication including production calendars, unit plans, minimums and key milestones in collaboration with the Sourcing Manager to resolve operational challenges
- Manage raw material bookings, call-offs and purchase order activity to align with production requirements and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate seasonal order information, vendor costs and delivery updates across relevant systems, including PLM
- Partner with Product Development, Technical and Quality Assurance teams to support critical sign-off dates and resolve quality or production issues
- Analyse seasonal pricing, margins, vendor performance and pre-buy versus actual requirements to identify risks and commercial opportunities
- Support consistent ways of working across sourcing teams through weekly production updates, workload prioritisation and mentorship of Sourcing Assistants
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, production, manufacturing or a related supply chain environment, ideally within fashion, luxury, retail or consumer goods
- Strong understanding of costing, negotiation, production calendars and retail mathematics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SAP or PLM experience valued
- Clear and considered communicator capable of building trusted relationships with vendors and cross-functional partners
- Highly organised and detail-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on actions
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving and seasonal change management
