Role & Responsibilities
- Update and maintain cost information within PLM systems
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy throughout the season following buying meetings and range reviews
- Verify all data and final range information with vendors to confirm accuracy
- Address price file queries from finance and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate the distribution of raw materials and trims to vendors to meet ex-factory delivery dates
- Create delivery planners and follow up on vendor deliveries; generate weekly SAP delivery reports
- Serve as liaison between vendors and QA team regarding quality assurance issues
- Prepare and process letters of credit prior to managerial approval; verify pricing once goods are shipped
- Follow up with Product Development for outstanding BOM (Bill of Materials) information
- Act as primary day-to-day contact for suppliers, keeping them updated on key dates and requirements
- Prepare routine and ad hoc data reports to identify and escalate delivery risk at the earliest opportunity
Qualifications
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in PLM and SAP systems
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Organized, efficient, and self-motivated
- Solution-oriented problem-solving approach
