Role & Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SAP systems with all necessary information.
  • Raise Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP and manage all related actions pre and post order.
  • Monitor and ensure data accuracy within systems throughout the season, following buying meetings and range reviews.
  • Confirm all system data with vendors to ensure accuracy and address any price file queries with finance.
  • Ensure vendors receive necessary raw materials and trims to meet agreed ex-factory dates.
  • Assist vendors in daily routines with Burberry suppliers and systems, including production, shipments, and payment issues.
  • Create planners and follow up on deliveries with vendors, running daily and weekly SAP delivery reports.
  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, keeping them informed of key dates and updates.
  • Prepare routine and ad hoc data to address potential issues affecting on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Merchandising, Order Management, Planning, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

  • Business background degree or similar preferred

Skills

Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) desirable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task Attention to detail Team-oriented approach Proficiency in English

Experience

Relevant experience in supply chain or sourcing within the fashion or luxury industry is preferred.

Education

Business background degree or similar preferred
