Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve Solution Architecture for the Commercial Technology Tower Initiatives.
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional business needs.
  • Lead the design and integration of CRM solutions, with a focus on the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
  • Design technical solutions spanning multiple work streams, identifying downstream application dependencies.
  • Oversee technical acceptance of agile user stories and ensure integrity of proposed solutions across workstreams.
  • Identify and exploit reusable components, patterns, and techniques, documenting them for future projects.
  • Establish and direct proof of concepts in innovation and make technology adoption recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Security and Information Risk functions to ensure solutions meet security standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical challenges into functional, scalable solutions.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, particularly with senior leadership and technical teams.
  • Proactive in identifying delivery risks and ensuring secure, stable solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, especially in high-end retail or consumer-facing sectors.

Skills

Agile delivery in multi-vendor environments. Architectural patterns for digital consumer technology, including personalization, CMS, and DAM. Designing seamless customer journeys for omni-channel strategies. Technical mentorship and architectural leadership.

Experience

Extensive experience in solution architecture within high-end retail or consumer-facing sectors, particularly with Salesforce.
