Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day implementation of social channel strategies and ensure best-in-class execution across all platforms
  • Serve as APAC platform lead and key point of contact between global and local teams, coordinating calendars and managing approval processes
  • Track and analyze performance across key KPIs, interpret platform and social data, and deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Own commerce on social platforms by liaising with relevant teams to ensure catalogues are current and accurate
  • Develop and execute social-first campaigns and content that bring Burberry's brand narrative to life in culturally relevant ways
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design and implement innovative, socially-led campaigns that engage audiences
