Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze sales and engagement trends from internal analytics and trading teams to inform timely site merchandising decisions across all key digital metrics
- Review weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to identify customer needs across markets and opportunities for growth
- Monitor bestseller performance between online and offline channels, flagging stock shortages, size availability gaps, and missing content
- Drive sales through strategic product merchandising, optimization of taxonomy, filters, and on-site search functionality
- Serve as category stakeholder for asset tracking, ensuring proper linking of products across merchandised pages including emails, homepage, and landing pages
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, SEO, and UX teams on product focus and promotional content integration
- Assist merchandiser with buy preparation, document commercial grading and styling callouts during brand presentations, and verify post-market congruency
- Execute site merchandising projects in coordination with merchandisers and visual merchandisers, conducting regular live site reviews
- Maintain accurate product attribution and facets, removing unbought sizes prior to product launches
- Implement complete-the-look recommendations for monthly product launches while delivering luxury-caliber customer experience through frequent site audits
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, digital merchandising, or related role
- Proficiency with Web Analytics tools and platforms
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Product Information Management (PIM) tools; knowledge of Fredhopper is advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong accuracy in execution
