Burberry Showroom Assistant, Paris: Temporary luxury showroom support role (Oct 2–11, 2026). 35–38 hrs/wk, French/English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work under Showroom Management guidance to uphold the highest service and operational standards within the Paris Showroom
  • Maintain showroom standards to pristine condition, adhering strictly to Burberry ways of working and grooming guidelines
  • Support the Wholesale team during Market appointments, managing quick model changeovers and visual standards
  • Welcome internal and external clients warmly and professionally, embodying Burberry brand values
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising standards throughout the showroom at all times
  • Ensure back-of-house standards and optimal product care, including steaming, lint rolling, and proper hanger placement
  • Tidy displays, fold product neatly, reorganise storage areas, and move samples with a hands-on approach
  • Assist the Samples team in receiving, packing, logging, and displaying seasonal deliveries
  • Support showroom breakdown before and after market events
  • Monitor and uphold product care standards across all showroom areas

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays
  • Valid work visa for France
  • Professional demeanor and brand ambassador presence
