Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate showroom and back-of-house standards in line with Burberry showroom protocols and grooming guidelines.
- Support Wholesale team during market appointments: assist with quick model changes, sample presentation and client reception.
- Manage product care and presentation: steaming, lint-rolling, correct branded hangers and precise folding of garments.
- Receive, log, pack and place seasonal sample deliveries onto the showroom floor and assist with showroom breakdowns pre- and post-market.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and assist in tidying displays, reorganising storage and moving samples as required.
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to internal and external clients acting as a Burberry brand ambassador.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Valid work authorization for France for the role period.
- Proven frontline customer service or front-of-house experience in luxury retail, hospitality or showroom environments.
- Flexible availability to work shifts between 07:00–23:00, including weekends and public holidays; available 30 May–7 June.
- Calm under pressure, meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven demeanour.

Experience
Demonstrable customer-service experience in a luxury retail, showroom or hospitality environment; prior experience supporting wholesale appointments or sample management is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, hospitality or retail is advantageous.
