Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver clear, consistent IT service performance reporting for internal teams and external suppliers.

- Proficiency with data visualisation and ITSM reporting tools to create effective dashboards and narratives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert quantitative findings into practical recommendations.
- Confident engagement with technical teams and senior leadership, including presenting insight and influencing decisions.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to data integrity and governance.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrable experience working with IT service performance, operational reporting or business intelligence in complex environments, including producing dashboards, trend analysis and governance reporting for technical and senior stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems or a related discipline preferred.
