Burberry Service Lead in Vancouver, BC – Supervise sales floor, coach associates, and drive the Burberry Experience to achieve retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value experiences on the selling floor; act as quality control supervisor to ensure every customer interaction is memorable
- Partner with associates to improve selling skills and achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Lead a high-performing, customer-focused team; coach and provide feedback to ensure full Burberry Experience delivery aligned with brand strategies
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service standards and that no client remains unattended
- Drive partnership and collaboration between sales associates, specialists, stock associates and operations team
- Provide in-the-moment and post-transaction coaching; address successes and opportunities with each associate
- Develop and retain talented employees through recognition, reward programs, monthly development plans and annual performance reviews
- Model the Burberry Experience by delivering exemplary customer service when required
- Partner with store management to implement Burberry Experience training; reinforce key elements through role-play and weekly meetings
- Deliver formal performance feedback in partnership with store management through monthly Development Plans
- Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management as necessary
- Process post-void transactions, authorize promotional discounts and employee sales in the absence of store management
- Drive the digital in-store experience and use digital resources for communication
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of business needs and communicate ideas to advance company performance
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures; enforce guidelines consistently
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise, alarm systems and POS procedures
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems
- Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools
