Burberry is hiring a Service Lead in Vancouver, Canada to supervise the sales floor, coach associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise, assist and motivate sales associates to consistently deliver high-value customer experiences on the selling floor and act as a quality-control lead for all client interactions.
  • Provide real-time, transaction-level coaching and formal feedback to drive individual and team selling performance against KPIs.
  • Manage customer flow to ensure timely, personalised service and that no client is left unattended.
  • Partner with store management (GM, SM) and specialists to set sales expectations, develop monthly Burberry Experience Development Plans and drive improvement across the retail scorecard.
  • Authorize promotional discounts, process post-void transactions and handle employee sales in the absence of store management.
  • Drive the in‑store digital experience by using Apple mobile devices and digital resources to support sales and client communication when face-to-face service is not possible.
  • Resolve escalated or complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, POS procedures and store opening/closing security protocols.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of POS system operations and POS procedures.
  • Confident user of Apple mobile devices and comfortable leveraging digital tools and resources in customer interactions.
  • 1–2 years' supervisory or management experience in retail sales, with demonstrable people-coaching capability.
  • Strong communication, leadership and customer service skills with the ability to deliver structured development plans and performance feedback.
  • Proven ability to prioritise service, manage customer flow and work collaboratively across sales, stock and operations teams.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales with a track record of coaching teams to meet sales KPIs and delivering exceptional customer service.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 25 to CAD 28 per hour.
