Burberry Service Lead in Las Vegas, Nevada. Supervise sales team, drive customer experiences and achieve retail KPIs in luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value experiences, acting as a quality control supervisor for all customer interactions
- Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve KPIs and sales goals
- Lead a high-performing, customer-facing team and coach staff to ensure all customers receive the full Burberry Experience in line with brand strategies
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service delivery and prevent clients from being left unattended
- Drive partnership and collaboration between sales associates, specialists, stock associates and operations teams
- Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback after transactions and client interactions, addressing successes and opportunities
- Develop and retain talented employees through performance recognition, monthly development plans and annual performance reviews
- Lead by example by delivering the Burberry Experience to customers when necessary
- Partner with store management to develop Burberry Experience training through morning and weekly meetings, utilizing role-play and peer support
- Deliver formal performance feedback in partnership with store management through monthly Burberry Experience Development Plans
- Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate to management when appropriate
- Process post-void transactions, authorize promotional discounts and employee sales in the absence of store management
- Drive digital experience in-store and leverage digital resources for communication when face-to-face interaction is not feasible
- Communicate business needs and ideas effectively to drive organizational improvement
- Ensure thorough understanding and consistent enforcement of company policies, procedures and operational guidelines
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing doors, windows and merchandise, alarming the store and completing POS procedures
Qualifications
- 1-2 years previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems
- Experience with Apple mobile devices and proficiency with digital tools
